Ok, gals, I did something totally different for me today at the gym.
First I did 45 min. of the Advance #11 Taebo workout holding 2 pound handweights. Then ds and I went to the gym, the gym has a new Matrix stair climber/master that I have yet to try. Well, today was the day... I found the trainer before he left and had him show me how this towering machine works and I tried it at a very slow pace for 12 min. Not too bad considering I only lasted 5 min. on the elliptical machine when I first tried it.
Then I did a 3o min. weight workout to finish things up. I think I will try the stair machine again a shoot for a longer time.
