Hi ladies,

Back at ya today with B & G. I do the whole thing minus the second round of walking lunge series. I pick it back up on the side lunge series and go through the rest of the workout. Still long, but I can pull it off on a workday at least that way.

Hi everyone,

This morning I did a mish mosh. I did Paul Katami Kettlebells for beginners workout + X10 Fat burning circuit + 12 minute yoga emergency for hips (that felt good).

Good workout ladies. I haven't done butts & Guts in a long time. I must think about that....

See you all tomorrow.
