Hi all - no workout for me this AM. I stayed up late playing cards with the family so I opted to sleep in.

I'm hoping to go see "New Moon" tonight!

Cardio for me today...I'm going to do CCPP Then I have some laundry to catch up on. I thought about going to the mall....but I don't think I'll be joining in on that madness

Hi everyone,

Today was Squeeze Stronger while directing my DS as to taking xmas decorations upstairs. We did the decorating, but will work on the tree later. Did some online shopping, and will probably go to the grocery store later just to get that over with.
We are seeing Christmas Carol tomorrow, have decided on waiting for the dvd for New Moon. Let us know what you think, Phyllis.

Hi ladies,

I did select work off of PSBB&A including the abs then did the 32 min. kickbox premix off of Kimberly Spreen's Cardio-Camp for my cardio. Felt good and my weight is trying to come back down from having been up since my surgery.
