Daily Check-in Friday(not for me!) 3-23

.... because I have to work this weekend, yesterday was my Saturday and next Tuesday will be my Sunday.

Today's workout is a 35 minute run, I believe I'll be using a Cardio Coach and instead of reaching for #3, I believe I'll try 4 today.

I did get in CM#2 last night but didn't get to TBS so I'll do that after Cardio Coach today which will be a perfect stretch after running.

It's hot here! 78 yesterday, 80 today and 83 forecast for tomorrow!

Good Morning and TGIF (sorry Jane),

Yesterday I ended up doing a walk/run on the TM (45 min.) so today I'll do my own invention of a cardio & weights workout. Maybe Stepworks and CTX or Timesaver upperbody. Make note of the Maybe...as always my workout is subject to change. ha:p

We are warming up too Jane, but LOTS of rain! Yesterday we had thunderstorms! Not good for yardwork anytime soon.....we have standing puddles all over the yard ! More rain today.

What's everyone got planned for the weekend?
 
Hello Ladies.

Well, I did NOTHING yesterday because of this danged cold! I had good intentions but they quickly went down the drain. UGH!

Today remains to be seen. I've been up since 4:30 this morning so I will probably need a nap before I consider ANY type of work out...

Jane, I hope work goes smoothly for you this weekend. So I guess you are enjoying your TM and your CC's, huh? }(

Becky, "Subject to Change"...yeah, that's pretty much how it is for me too most of the time!:7 Enjoy the warm weather! We've got it here too!:) Since you asked, I am going to get my bikini line waxed for the first time EVER this Sunday! I am looking forward to it in a very wierd sort of way...LOL!:eek:

Jane: Awesome temps! I am at this very minute still looking at 6" of snow covering my deck and yard. I meant to tell you that your area of the country looks beautiful. I'd move there in a minute!

I needed a C&W type workout and came up with this:

Stepworks warmup and chapter one
Timesaver chest & triceps
SW chapter 2
TS biceps/shoulders
SW chapter 3
SW cooldown
TS stretch

Was gonna add Core but I have that tomorrow.
This was 75 minutes of FUN , FUN, FUN and I am a sweaty mess! ha

Oh Tammy, I feel for you with all that snow! It's about 55 here right now, and it's only going to get warmer! I'm happy that mom is doing better.

Heather, I am ready to "CHARGE" also! It worked out perfectly. I don't have to be in work until 1:30, so I'll be home at noon!

I'm getting ready to do LIC cardio blast premix.

I hope everyone who wants to go gets a spot on the RT!

Way to go Becky, a true workout warrior!!! That is a great mishmosh. Do you use a multi disc player??? I wish I had one, I would go crazy with mishmoshes!!!

Actually today I stole my workout from one of you guys, I think it was Tammy. I did SB/SJP weight and circuit premix 2 ( 68 minutes ) and added on the plank work on my bosu before the stretch. Good workout today! I might add my hips are still feeling the leg workout I did from Amy's APX 2 days ago!

YAY!!! I made it to Friday and worked out everyday this week. I did CTX Kickbox cardio only today for my workout!!!! YIPPEE for me. Wished my weight reflected my effort, I was up a pound from my low (while trying to lose) this morning. Oh well.

I just finished Cardio and Weights...and NO NAP FIRST!!!! I am amazed with myself!;)

I have no idea how but I managed to be able to breathe through the entire thing! Ofcourse, in about 5 minutes I'll be all clogged up again! x(

Afternoon everyone.... Cassadine, what CC did you do today? Oh my I just finished CC#4.... oh my, oh my... I did the sprints at 8 (7 towards the end of the w/o though) and the first challenge hill climbs at 5.5 at an 8% incline. The second challenge hill climb I took to a fast walk at 4 mph at a 12 then 10% incline. Not bad for an almost 46-year-young huh?

I'm going to do TBS to stretch out. I don't like to do CC's stretches.


I didn't sign up for the RT and boy am I glad I didn't put myself through that. I would have been signing up myself and DD and I would have been a nervous wreck. I doubt I would have gotten two signed up before it sold out.
