Hi ladies,

Today was Cathe's Rockout Knockout which is 55 minutes. Boy that is tougher than I remembered, whew!! Guess this week I did easy, moderate and hard when it came to Cathe's kickboxing workouts. I almost didn't finish today's workout but I pushed through and did it, yay me!!

Get some rest girls. I think I'll take a recovery week starting Monday. I'll still check in. I'll try to rest but I know me and I'll probably do something, if I do I'll let you know.
