It's Friday, YAY!!!

Yesterday I pushmowed half the yard while DH used the riding mower on the other half, so I go only 55 minutes of pushing time in. I then did abs from Power Hour and All Step.

Today is rest day!! I have somewhere to go after I get off work and then out to eat with DH.

Good Morning Phyllis , Jane and all who pop in later!:)

Yesterday was Legs and the stationary bike. No problem on the calf raises. I do 50 , a short break, another 50 , until I'm done.

Today is GS shoulders & MIS shoulders. I'll add some cardio in there somewhere too. Probably a run or a long walk.

Phyllis thanks for the idea I was going to do IMax 3 but maybe I'll do 2 instead. It's so much fun.

I am thinking maybe supersets. Didn't get enough sleep last night so I want to make it a weight day. I will probably do the treadmill or a little jog tonight.

Good morning all!

I just finished up KM- the cardio leg sculpt premix, and GS biceps. I think I need to do a SM later on today as I am feeling tight. Tomorrow hopefully I am going to go for a walk (if this rain ever stops!!) and finish out the week with GS tri. Sunday will be a rest day.

Good Morning girls.

Yesterday was a rest day that I thought I needed. I felt worse though as I ended up with a headache for a lot of the day and the proceeded to slob down a TON of Ben and Jerry's icecream last night.x(

I am doing my best to FORGET about yesterday. It's a new day, right? ;)

I created a 40 mins tempo run for the rotation I am starting on Monday so I plan to go to the gym to try it out. This is my hope anyway...it's raining here and I'd really prefer not to drag the little guy out in POURING rain if I don't have to so we'll see...

Well the sunshine was short lived. Pouring again today. It has just gotton so depressing.

Anyway, yesterday was SJP. I am kinda sore today, so I am still debating whether it should be a rest day or KPC. I have a very busy weekend and don't know when I am going to have time to workout. I wanted Sunday to be my rest day but i don't know if that is going to work. We will see.

Today was RS and I actually did the whole thing. It may not have been pretty at the end, but I got through it all.

Tomorrow will be a rest day. I've got an early PT appt and a ton of errands. I draw the line at getting up earlier than 5 am to workout.

For those of you with sunshine today, enjoy it!
 
Hey I'm back and my tempo run is complete! I feel I did really well. I was dripping with sweat when I was done but I felt AWESOME! YEAH!:+ }( :+

I'm flying by the seat of my pants until Monday...I guess I'll do weights and abs tomorrow...maybe a little rebounding too!:D
