Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did the latest Cathe Live. It was tough (I used heavier weights most of the time).

Linda - what a workout you had yesterday! I love new workouts :) I initially read your post as $300,000 :(
Annette - Oh my about drinking cold water again - that took a while!
Nicki - I always notice how Americans spell cheque differently from us. I often get inquiries about my business and know it's a scam when the person uses check instead of cheque.
Nora - I agree - anything heavier than 1/4 rope is brutal! I hope you're having fun with it :)

Today's workouts:

CoffeyFit Raw- "Step & Pump" - 41 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. "Introducing Manteo" Rowing & Weights EMOM

That's it!

Just wanted to let any of you know that does Kelly's workouts, she is doing away with her app in a month or so, and is starting a YouTube channel subscription of $4.99 per month which will have all of her dvd workouts, all of the Raw workouts, etc and anything new that she does in the future. I will probably go that route down the road.

Hi ladies,

This morning was rough, my mouth hurt so bad, heating pad didn't work couldn't go back to sleep. So I got up and came downstairs and took half a oxycodone and my arthritis Tylenol along with my antibiotic and my other morning meds.

Took a shower and was feeling better so after my devotion I decided to try and do one of Billy's Express workouts so I did the Kick Express 11 minutes. And now I am wiped out.

But I did something, so yay !!
And was was below 180 this morning so yay for that too!!

Nice workouts ladies!!*

Ouch! Annette, so sorry you had a painful morning, but now having a little relief..
Look at you, Warrior, getting a workout in, even if was a shortie, like you said, (and
I say often, “something’s better than nothing”! Hope you have a better evening

Siobhan, Cathe Live - that's awesome. I'm hoping I can get a subscription to Cathe Live and Cathe on Demand when I get settled in my new home. I look at the video clips every week and think how much I would enjoy them.
That's a good way to recognize spam with the spelling. The email address always tells me;)

Linda, good workout! I recently ordered one of Kelly's cardio workouts but haven't had a chance to try it yet. Interesting news about the YouTube channel. Might have to check it out.

Annette, sometimes you just gotta rest! I admire you for the effort. Hope you are feeling better soon and can get rid of that pain.
 
Yay, Nicki, you were able to workout! I know you were glad & it probably felt great!
great job with Pyramid Upper Body -57 minutes & Total Body Stretching -12 minutes.

you know, I prefer upper body workouts….more muscle groups to work which equals
more variety!

Cathe' latest Live - Weights- tough stuff no doubt and bravo for using heavier weights- WTG & high fives, that's awesome:) I'm finding 1/4 pound to be very tough and challenging. I'll need to work my way up to heavier down the line, right now 1/4 pound is tough enough.

Annette- So sorry you woke up with mouth pain, I hope the oxycodone helped along with the other pain meds. Using the time for a devotion is always good. I'm amazed you did manage a workout with everything considering. Bravo on your workout with:

Billy's Express workouts so I did the Kick Express 11 minutes. I bet you are feeling very spent. Take it easy and rest, you'll feel better if you do. Sending you healing prayers and well wishes, Take care & feel better;)
