Hi ladies,

TGIF.

Busy weekend planned, DS rehearsals, errands, cleaning and Sunday we are painting the family room. DH doesn't know it, but I am planning to replace the furniture too...;) Total room overhaul!

Today was Lowmax, but I don't have it anymore so I subbed TJ Cardio Party 2, and TF stretch 10.

Good workout from you as usual. I was soooooooo tired this morning that I didn't workout. If a friend doesn't come for dinner tonight, I will workout then.

How exciting to re-do a room conni - furniture and all! Are you painting? I can see you doing it all. My DH is a great painter. He used to work for College Pro when younger.

Hi gals, I did 4 workouts this week including all muscles groups (ok I didn't do back but I don't work back much anyway), including todays workout which got abs in twice( for the week)!! Whoo hooo!!!:D:);)

I did Kelly Coffey-Meyer's Circuit Burn the Cardio and Boxing Premix but I adding kicking where some of the cardio alone was to make it more kickboxing and the abs on this workout also.

Feels good and my weight is trying to come down so that is a plus, I do so much better maintaining or losing with my weight when I am exercising regularly and doing weights.:D

Have a great weekend looks like I will be moving furniture from my late mother in law's house to take to Goodwill so I will get in a different type of workout.:eek:
 
Happy Friday everyone! I just finished ZWOW #59 time challenge using a 15lb db for the weighted work. My time was 19:18.3 not including warm up and cool down. Great workout.

Connie I love room re-do's. Post before and after pics if you can.
