Hi Aqua girl and all who follow,

Today I taught my new disco circuit workout to 6 ladies who were my guinea pigs. It went fairly well for a first run through.

Then I did 40 minutes of weight work including abs and legs both squats and calf raises with the barbell.

And 10 minutes on the stair machine.

Cold and windy here.

Hi Annette & Linda ...and to all our fitness friends checking in later! :) I'd just love to get my disco on with your class Annette!! Can I wear glitter?

Today I went for it & did Cathe Intensity (did 6 out of the 8 high impact HIIT, lol) and added on laddered staggered deadlifts.
Still have a lot of errands to try and get done this evening. Then I am really looking forward to picking up some Japanese food and coming home.

It's a great mix of song. Couple more are Don't Stop Till You Get Enough, Love Will Keep Us Together, Don't Bring Me Down,Your Song and More, More, More, cooldown is Looks Like We Made It. Not exactly the same order as the CD.

Yep, they are great songs, Annette, I remember most of them very well ! Tonight I did another Hiit Circuit Blender workout, the weight
segments in this one for Legs & Abs, (2 Leg segments and 1 Ab segment, several exercises each) alternating with Hiit cardio segments,
another fun one, about 35 min. Have a good evening.

i did another workout blender workout of upper body and cardio. i thought someone new checked in with us! welcome anyone new!

busy day and i saw clients after work today and last night. I am back in tomorrow and have supervision in the morning. i love supervision. i love my supervisor!!
 
Good evening everyone! Annette...I want to join your class! I'll wear leg warmers! Elsie, what's laddered staggered dead lifts? Sounds interesting. I like dead lifts! They work! Ceci, it's so nice to love your supervisor! Makes life so much easier right? Aqua girl.....getting it done with Hiit?! I love that! Whenever I feel befuddled and out of sorts with my workouts I do a nice and tough cardio. Today I did Amy Dixon Breathless Body #1. It was just what I needed. Have a great one people!
 
Elsie, what's laddered staggered dead lifts?
Great workout today, Peg!! :) Haha, I think I may have made it sound more complex than it is! It's just doing staggered stance deadlifts in a ladder (half pyramid?) fashion. I just did two rounds of 15-11-6 reps going heavier as I reduce the # of reps. I like landmine type deadlifts, they are excellent for my back!!
