Sorry to me MIA all week. I finally got my password fixed. Yeah. Cathe Customer Service was so fast, responsive and helpful. I worked out on Sunday morning - 40 minutes of T&D. I did a similar workout yesterday of T&D. No workout this morning due to a migraine. ugh. I hope to be back at it tomorrow.
Linda and Annette - Glad to see you both getting in some Cathe workouts today. I'm jealous as I didn't workout while away.

Hello, Annette! Any workout is a good one! MMA Boxing is a good one!Today, I am moving a tad slower but I managed to do Cathe's MMA BOXING which is 49 min. I wore my boxing gloves for the boxing portions and did various other things during the lower body segments. I even managed more of the core work than I normally can so that is a win!
