Good morning everybody!

Today's workouts:

Blender- Sweat, Pump & Core- 32 min.
YT-Earth & Owl- 15 min."Bad Knees" Low Impact Rebounder workout

That's it. enjoy the day all!
 
Today, I am moving a tad slower but I managed to do Cathe's MMA BOXING which is 49 min. I wore my boxing gloves for the boxing portions and did various other things during the lower body segments. I even managed more of the core work than I normally can so that is a win!

Hi Everyone,

Sorry to me MIA all week. I finally got my password fixed. Yeah. Cathe Customer Service was so fast, responsive and helpful. I worked out on Sunday morning - 40 minutes of T&D. I did a similar workout yesterday of T&D. No workout this morning due to a migraine. ugh. I hope to be back at it tomorrow.

Linda and Annette - Glad to see you both getting in some Cathe workouts today. I'm jealous as I didn't workout while away.

Nora, thanks for clarifying Chalene for me. I have several of her workouts and forget about them. I pulled them out last night and set them out where they were visible! Soon!

Today I decided to take a vacation day to prepare for yet another open house tomorrow. I went to a local nursery and got some flowers and plants to pot for my front door. Then to Lowe's for some smaller things to put on my deck and around the pool. Then I pressure washed the front entry way and steps to get all the pollen off. Still bad and I worked outside most of the day. I am TIRED! No Gym Style Legs today and will do it next week.

Do you like the "Bad Knees" workout?
Yes, it was a nice rebounder workout, No high jumping, etc., just the good ole health
bounce and power walking moves on the rebounder. A rebounder is really good for
balance too. I love using it, I just don’t get crazy with it. I like the “bouncy“ feeling :)
and I can jog on it too!
