Hi Everyone,

Today I did PLB - standing portion only - gawwsh that is still tough!

I added on a short 20 minute SSOD cycle workout. Now - to stretch.

Hi Ceci and Lisa,

I did ALL of Amy Bento Kickbox Xtreme! I haven't done the entire thing in years and with added ankle weights and wrist weights (wrist were only on for 41 minutes) it kicked my tail, whew!! The whole workout not doing the actual last stretch was 69 minutes.

We are trying to get a stove today. Pray we can.

Add in 15 minutes of some band work(hubby bought 1 non latex heavy band to use in his PT at home so I am taking advantage of it) and floorwork for abs and glutes.
 
Hi all

Today was Cardio Boxing and Metabolic Conditioning Live, a walk and yoga.

It’s beautiful here today.

Annette you should have no issues with purchasing an oven. We bought a washer online two weeks ago and they delivered the next day.
