Today was Cathe Live Metabolic Workout, then the core from Cathe Live hi Reps.

TGIF...only in the office a short while today - rehearsal all afternoon!!! Loving it!
 
Snow today! !

I did Jeanette Jenkins Kickboxing Bootcamp then went to the gym for 50 minutes. I bench pressed 95 pounds today.
