Today's workout(s):

IFit - "Harlech Beach Endurance Treadmill Walk, Snowdonia Nat'l Park, Wales" - 23 min.
Bitgym Rowing in a Lagoon in Iceland - 10 min. (Brrr....)
Int. Timer App- Bodyweight AMRAP workout- 15 min.

Gotta finish up (hopefully) the ole weekly clean-up! Have a good day !
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mish mosh of Cathe's latest live - standing portion only (30 minutes). This was a no weight lower body workout. What a nice change! It was not easy!! I added on one segment of PLB for squats + 1 tabata from Tabatacise. I did my own stretch.

Morning, Siobhan, great job with yesterday's Live. I was thinking of just doing the standing portion too, so
thanks on saying how long just the standing part is......30 min is right in my time frame! I usually fast-forward
to the final stretch when I only do part of a Live class. Great that you added on squats and a tabata from
Tabatacise. Have a good day!

Those all sound like fun workouts and gotta love those passport workouts.
Love those far away locations and can't beat the airfare prices, no lost luggage possibilities, or the jet lag. LOL!! Awesome workout today high fives and WTG!!;)

Hi ladies,

Today is a dreary day, rainy cold so I stayed home. Should have been a weight day at the gym, but that's not happening.

So I did a 46 minute CDorner kickboxing workout with my wrist weights on and then 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. So not too bad for a lazy cold dismal day.
