This morning I did Burn Sets Back/Bi's + 20 minutes of H/C Bootcamp.

Today was supposed to be Tabatasize 1-3 and Burn Sets Back and Bi's.

I did Jillians' 6 wk to sixpack, workout 2, and Xtrain Burn Sets Back and Bi's.

I will try to talk myself into tabatasize tomorrow....just don't feel the love on this one..
 
Hi gals I forgot to check in this morning. I did 38 min of the fat blasting taebo workout with my weighted gloves on. I got 3 workouts in thid week so I am happy about that. I did this post from my smart pho
