Blender- "STS 2.0: 5 Day Rotation- Core & Stretching" - 23 min.
Blender- "Low Impact Cardio & Core Express" - 21 min.

Good morning everyone,

Today I did YT Precision KB w/o for 50 minutes. It was a mix of KB and a lot of cardio and bodyweight moves. I loved the mix.

Linda - I like your w/o today! cardio with stretching and core :)
Nora - OMGosh - I'm sorry to read about your lower back. I sure hope this heals quickly with rest.
Annette - WTG with your gym workout!

Nora, hope your back feels better soon.

Today was a 63 minute gym circuit consisting of the shoulder machine with 25's on each side, 10 and 12.5 pound dumbbells for shoulder press, Arnold press, seated clean and press, and side laterals. Shrugs with the same but add a set with 20's.


I also did a couple of exercises for chest, biceps and triceps.

Then the sled for cardio up to 6 plates.

Floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. Shorter today. I get my hair permed later, can't wait!!

Wow! Thanks for all the well wishes & kind words. My back is feeling a bit better, but I know if I tried to workout it would feel worse. At least I'm not wincing in pain when I take a step, so that good. So I think resting through the weekend is a good idea to rest.
