Good morning everyone,

This morning I did Muscle Endurance Upper Body premix - no abs + warm up and two tabatas from Cross Fire.

I have today off - yeah!

Conni - I am not a big fan of Trisets upper body at all. I mean the workout is okay - it's the music. It's heavy and dull to me - uninspiring. I love Trisets lower body. That hurts for a few days.

My youngest is having a year end party after school today. Lots of screaming girls and boys! Yikes!

Thanks so much for your words and prayers. I am really hoping this procedure works, there are practically no options left, and DH is in such pain.

I did Christi's Pure Spice today instead of RS. She is an inspiration to me, has been for years. I need that today.

Hi ladies I took two rest days. Today was Zcut power yoga upper body then a 13 min Zcut power cardio workout #12. Upper body is fried, gonna feel that tomorrow for sure.

Connie You and your family in my prayers today. "do not worry about anything, instead pray about everything."

Hi all,

I did 42 min. of the Ultimate Taebo workout, the first 20 min. with weighted gloves on then I had to take them off, the tempo wasn't working with the gloves on.

My weight is slowing coming down but mostly I maintain but at least I am maintaining lower than in the recent past so that is good.

Continuing to pray for everybody needing a prayer (which should be everybody in this day and age).
