Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's latest live workout for 47 minutes. It was tough for me ( I did lift a bit heavier).

Great to see us all getting in our workouts yesterday! Yeah :)

ChelePA - I'm honestly not sure what a true hiit workout is. I like Dan's workouts because they are tough and I prefer a heavier weight in my workouts.

Blender- "Upper Body Strength: Pull Workout" - 20 min.
YT-GoRowIndoors- "Low Impact Row & Weights" - 24 min.
Hydrow Journey- 5 min. Row on the River Taff, Cardiff, Wales

Today was Hardcore Kickbox Circuit with Guillermo Gomez and Janis Saffell (DVD) for 52 minutes. I am a sweaty mess.

Nice workouts ladies.

My theme this week was some sort of weights everyday using the circuit workouts to achieve this.

CeceFifi...I thought yesterday's live was challenging too. And I lifted the same as Cathe. A few of those cardio intervals had me hoping they would be over soon.

HIIT usually means working at near maximal effort 80-95% for short work intervals with brief rest periods. CDorner often labels workouts as HIIT when using the timer. I find them challenging but not the true meaning of this type of training. Cathe's workouts, on the other hand, that have the label usually kick my butt.

Aqua girl....did you ever try the Peloton row classes?

Calico...I'm all about circuit workouts. I was always a cardio queen and strength slowly grew on me. Especially after my near fatal car accident 4 years ago. It's been a long slow process.

Today was Cathe Live 507- Kick, Box and Sweat. I wore my weighted gloves. She went to the heavy bag twice in this routine. Followed by a Peloton weighted vest tread walk.

yes, I was able to try some of their rowing classes before I unsubscribed, and I did
like the ones I did. I recently have been thinking that I would give up Hydrow rowing
subscription, but….. I don’t think I am ready to do that yet :)…I enjoy their workouts
a lot.

I did not get to workout today due to taking care of sick kitty, and scrambling to get dishwasher repair appointment, and a few errands as well. Anyways, I'm here to cheer everyone else on.
