Daily Check-in, Friday, June 13, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. My body felt tight from the previous few days of workouts.

Today I did a Dan the hiit man workout (total body hiit with heavy weights for 40 minutes). I did a 5 minute T&D warm up. I will do my own stretch now. I need way more breaks than 20 seconds with Dan's workouts so they always take me longer as I can't keep up :( .

Today's workouts:

YT-Alumbra Sport- 20 min. Ropeless Jump Rope Cardio session
IFit- "Thunder & Lightning" treadmill & weights workout- 18 min.
Blender Add-on: "FitTower Abs" -10 min.

Hi Cathletes! So glad I can join this check in. Started doing Cathe Live as my main workouts this year with Peloton and CDorner mixed in.

This morning was CDorner step and strength. 4 minutes step combos followed by 3 minutes of compound moves. (45 minutes). Finished with an express Peloton Pick Me Up Ride and an extended Cathe stretch.

Headed to NYC for the weekend. Hope everyone has a wonderful day!
 
Hi ladies,

I made it to the gym for a gym circuit consisting of upper and lower body machines, the rowing machine for only 3 minutes, more machines for upper body, cables for chest , biceps, and shoulders, dumbbells for chest, biceps hammer curls, and triceps, then the elliptical for 10.5 minutes then finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes since others were using the sled.

Now I am finished.
