Taebo Get Amped workout = 31 minutes long with my boxing gloves - I do have an amplifier bar, but I like to hold three pound db's in each hand or one if it works better with the move.
The amplifier bar weighs 3 pounds so that's my substitution for that.

Nicki - Sorry your back, I hope it feels better soon. OMG! Things have been crazy there. Sorry here about people in the RV being injured but they were taken to hospital and were ok, PTL. Wow!
