Hi ladies,

TGIF!

Great workouts this week ladies, we are kicking some serious booty.

Today was Xtrain Burn Sets Bis and Tri's, then Stretchmax segment 1.

I am really trying to go heavier as I get older, hopefully I won't get huge. I know, that is supposed to be a myth, but I still think there is a little truth to that..

DS has a golf tournament this weekend, I plan on chilling and grilling....
 
Hi Conni,

No workout yesterday or today... I have a friend in from out of town so I've had late nights. I am packing and getting things ready for our vacation next week too. So busy!!!!! Such is life.

Hi ladies,

I did CTX Kickbox and the warm up, kickbox and hi/lo segments of CTX 10-10-10 for my cardio today. It may be cooler but the humidity is still high. Now I need to do inbetween paycheck just what we need to get us through grocery shopping and I get my hair cut at 3:30.

Ah its Friday!!! I did Chest, shoulder, tricep premix from 4DS.

Connie I agree about going heavy. Its like I swell up a little when I lift heavy.

Hi everyone,

I managed a quick PUB sans abs + intervals of hi hiit from intensity dvd between body parts to keep the heart rate up. I did this after work.

I will be working out tomorrow and sunday and then will see what I can squeeze in this week - maybe yoga or tonique.
