Hi everyone,

Today was Xtrain Burn Sets Bis and Tris. I added the core from LIS, and Stretchmax 3.
It was fun looking at the different versions of Cathe...lol!
 
Hi Conni,

I am doing burn sets bi's/tri's tomorrow. Good workout! You must have spent at least an hour working out this morning - if not more. good for you.

This morning I did Exhale Core Fusion Yoga - 4 segments - around 43 minutes. I was sooooooooooo sore from burn sets chest/back/shoulders yesterday, that I couldn't really do anything else. I am still so sore - my chest in particular. Loving burn sets.

Hi ladies no workout for me Thursday or friday evening. I worked late thurs then tired on friday.. ddoctor is changing hormone therapy to help with sleep and hot flash.:confused: hope to get back on track Saturday.
