I am doing burn sets bi's/tri's tomorrow. Good workout! You must have spent at least an hour working out this morning - if not more. good for you.
This morning I did Exhale Core Fusion Yoga - 4 segments - around 43 minutes. I was sooooooooooo sore from burn sets chest/back/shoulders yesterday, that I couldn't really do anything else. I am still so sore - my chest in particular. Loving burn sets.
