Good morning everyone,

This morning I did Cathe's Athletic Training (that was fun but gets sooo tough towards the end) and 15 minutes of Jackie Warner's Xtreme Timesaver to test it out - wow - that is tough!!!! I really like Jackie.

Hi Siobhan,

Thanks for getting us moving on a Friday.

Carmen - I wish I was headed to Marco, but no, Panama City. We have an operation down there that does work for Trane ( as in furnaces..), and I have to do some troubleshooting for a few days. We are hoping to get to Marco in June for a family vacation, though.

Today was circuit - I did Kelly's Circuit Burn, both workouts combined. First time on this one, and I really liked it ( thanks Siobhan).
 
Hi all, been subbing so no workouts for me until today.

Today I did the last 15 min. of the taebo I did on Tuesday then did 27 min. of a different taebo for some more cardio since the last 15 min. of Tuesday's workout was mostly weight work so I did get some weight work in also.

Feels good to exercise just wish my weight would come down hate to think that I have to get sick just in order to lose some weight.

Anyway have a great weekend!!:D

I made a mistake - I didn't do Athletic Training - I did Athletic Step this morning - that was fun!

Annette - nice to hear from you and glad to see you working out. You love your taebo. I've got to do his ripped extreme - that's a goodie. I am even looking at getting his new ones.

And Conni - I'm gonna do that one soon - you've reminded me of how good it is. I really like that one. I've just ordered a bunch of news ones from mary's site. We shall chat.
