Daily Check in Friday February 10, 2017

Hi Everyone,

I had a client last night after work and two after work today so.......... I vowed to sleep in a little. As a result, I did someone's WB cardio blast which was 30 minutes of CF and pyramid wave from the shock cardio series. it was a toughie whoa!

Good Morning!! Today I did Tracey Mallett "Get your body back". It's kind of new to me so while I was doing the wkout, I was making notes. I'm still tired anyway, so it was fine. I love Tracey. Have a great day everyone!

Today I did 12 minutes on the elliptical before teaching one of my aerobic circuit classes to 9 ladies, thankfully they all agreed on the shortened version since I think I am coming down with a cold. So it was 40 minutes, then I did 48 minutes of weight work including abs and legs even squats. Now I have to grocery shop.

I missed the thread yesterday. I did a 1:30 minute cycle ride with 30 of it at tempo (137-149 hr).

Today I'm going to do Cardio and Weights. One of my all time favorites!

You know, the other day I did half of LIC. I had sore glutes, right where my cheek meets my thigh....I think it's so wild that I can work my legs so much cycling and stepping, but hit that muscle in a different way and boom, DOMS! I guess that's why cross training is important.
 
Hey all, got in a workout a little earlier today, did 35 min. blender Lunges, Deadlifts & Squats. Good lower body workout ! Have a good

I got in 4DayS Kickboxing + DIY calf work, mainly stability ball.
