Good morning everyone,

I have a day off today. I did STS Squat Rack Legs with X10 cardio intervals in between. The rests are 150 seconds and my biggest weights are 30's - not enough to tire me out for that long a rest.

Doing okay here, just a bit frenzied with all the stuff to do before the service tomorrow.
Today was Xtrain Back, Chest, Shoulders and Core 1.
 
Hi gang,

I did 26 min. of This is Taebo and then 50 minutes at the gym doing total body with emphasis on chest. I managed a 95 pound chest press for 6 reps. Some nice man offered to spot me so I let him. I go up 5 pounds every day I go to the gym but I might honestly stay at 95 for one more day before going up to 100 pounds especially after having the weekend off.

Have a great Friday and weekend in case I don't get a workout in tomorrow.
