Today was Cardio Boxing with Metabolic Training Live.

Metabolic and PHA are now my go to workouts since I do not do straight lifting much anymore.

Hi ladies,

Today is my youngest son's 23rd birthday and just like 23 years ago it is rainy and cold and a Friday, yes he was born on a Friday the 13th. As was I many more years ago.

Today I taught my Total Body Challenge to 7 members for 55 minutes. We were all a sweaty mess. But my biggest fan and critic loved it so that was good to hear.

Then I did 52 minutes of weight work, barbell chest press, cable work for shoulders, back,biceps and triceps, dumbbells for chest , bicep and triceps and back. Floorwork for abs, glutes and legs.

Now I have to go home and do my mound of laundry that is calling my name. And make brownies for the birthday boy.
