This morning I actually got up early and had enough time to do C&W and Total body stretch on the ball #2(very relaxing).

Today is cardio and possibly full body weights. Some thing tells me I won't have time for both but I'm going to try. If not, cardio is taking presidence today.

The temp outside is 30!!! I am going to run and freeze my a$$ off! So I'll have to do some legwork and upper body before I venture out...

My stomach is finally feeling better. I think I had a little bug or something. I'm going to try and do Rhythmic Step tonight and PUB/PLB tomorrow. I've made one heck of a rotation for myself for december that is similar to the Hardcore Fat lose. I like the idea of the timesavers but I need to do more than maintenance this month!
