Good morning everyone,

This morning I did Plyo Legs from Cathe's STS series. Next, I did Emily Splichal's Catwalk confidence abs. I love her workouts (not a big fan of her.... she's been in the fridge too long).

Carmen - Atletica is a good workout but the drumming makes the workout feel long for me.

Annette - I agree with Carmen. We all need rest days/weeks. The body comes back aggressively thereafter.

Conni - will DH finally be home this long weekend?

Siobhan - I totally agree with you about Athletica. I love the workout, but the drumline keeps me from coming back to it as much as I would like.

DH is coming home today. They actually wanted to release him yesterday, but he still needed a few treatments first. It is amazing. This is a renowned hospital, but their policy is that as soon as you show the least bit improvement they shove you out the door, regardless if it is not a prolonged improvement. Fortunately, his neurologist nixed that due to DH's disease and needs. So he comes home today. I am glad, it has been 2 weeks of hectic running around and lots of driving. They changed 99 pct of his meds and he is receiving steroid treatments now. He says he feels better, so that is good enough for me.

Today was Afterburn, I stayed with the rotation because I wanted low impact. I really have to be careful of all that jumping on my rec room carpet ( aka basement). Do you all jump like crazy?
 
40 min. at the gym upper and lower body hit.

Grocery shopping this afternoon, spending tomorrow at the hospital with my mil and hubby. So it will be a very long day. Next week is my last week at the gym hoping to get 3 days in with my hubby being off work.
