Can't believe I am first again.

Today was the Fat Blasting Cardio Taebo workout the whole thing and then 50 min. at the gym.

I am still feeling bad, painfully bloated and not getting any relief even after sleeping for more that 12 hours last night.

I actually went to bed at 8:30 last evening due to not feeling well (so I don't know how 'sexy' I am right now, LOL!!). As soon as I ate breakfast the bloat was back UGH!!

Anyway have a great weekend!!:)

Today I did 200 push ups + a Suzanne Bowen Fitness Upper Body workout.
