Good morning everyone,

This morning I did Horizontal Conditional Volume 3. I find these more manageable when it's all I do.

Conni - how did things go last night? I guess your DH is not able to attend?

I hope everyone is doing well. Some really sad news coming out of the states these days..... It's wonderful to see communities come together though, to support one another in times of tragedy.

Hi all,

DS has an okay performance. I told him that means a fantastic opening night tonight.
DH has a ticket for the Sunday Matinee, he is going to try. I might give him some extra meds so he can attempt it, we will see. They are taping the show so we will have a DVD and it will be up on Youtube at some point also.

Today was Xtrain Burn Sets Bis and Tris, and Core 1.

Two the Max tomorrow!

Hi gals,

I did 30 Minutes to Fitness-Weights the shoulder, biceps and tricep with active rests, then did a 21 min. premix off of 30 Minutes to Fitness-Kickboxing for some cardio.

Felt good to get a workout in everyday this week.:D
