Daily Check-in, Friday, April 11, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Is it Friday again? I am working 7 days a week right now and am losing track of what day it is. It will pass when the sun finally comes out for Spring and Summer! Today I did more Dan of T&D - hiit workout for 30 minutes. I added on 12 minutes of a weighted Dan workout. I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - I love that you wrote "that's so neat". I haven't heard or said that in a loooooooong time. I'm bringing it back :)
Annette - what's up with your foot? Did I forget or miss something? And yes, the weather is dreary. It was snowing yesterday.
Nora - WTG with yesterday's mix. Do you miss Kaleigh? I miss Cathe as I haven't been as focused on her for the past couple of weeks but I'm loving Dan!

Hi ladies,

Siobhan, I think I just tweaked my foot with the 88 minutes of Taebo the day before, it is fine now.

Well, here's what is going on in my life:

As most of you know I have dry mouth which has reeked havoc on my teeth to the point of needing all new teeth. So I already have 1 implant bridge and am supposed to be getting another one very soon. It has taken forever to get estimates back from the insurance and nailing down exactly what I want or need done.

So I sent a message to the dentist yesterday about 1 tooth (that is slated for removal) has chipped and a 2nd tooth on the opposite side which I think is a crown, and was just hot and cold sensitive is now hurting me constantly. I have an appointment on Monday about the 2nd tooth. Hopefully I can get the extractions for the implant bridge scheduled soon also.


With all that said, today I did another Ecogymm cardio workout, it turned out to be more of an aerobic boxing workout that kept you moving with high energy for 40 minutes. So that was my workout for today.

And to top it off, my foot does hurt now after going upstairs and tripping on the next to last step and falling forward while trying to catch myself. Thankfully, it wasn't a far fall.

Mind you, I always fall up stairs, it's my thang!
 
Ladies, apologies for being light this week. It's been a whirlwind of a week. Will fill you in later - just wanted you all to know that I'm still here.
 
Hello happy Friday;)

Sorry girls for the late post. I wasn't feeling well today due to two hours sleep and later getting a two hour nap and quickly do chores & clean up for hair appointment. I just have no energy and balance is bad today due lack of sleep.

So, no workout today. Siobhan, I still do Kaleigh Cohen Cycling but limit my self now to two or three days a week now. I'm trying to incorporate Cycle, Turbo Jam, Chalean Extreme, and PiYo, so far so good. Chalene Extreme is a 90 day rotation so I'm working on fitting what I can in.
