Good Friday morning friends in fitness,

Today I did Gym Styles Biceps + Slow & Heavy Biceps + 20 minutes of Leah Sarago Lower Body + an abs challenge. It was a great workout. I could have done more but, alas, I have run out of time.

Hi Siobhan,

Today was Cathe Live Crossfire Express and the core from Live Cardio and Core. The first workout was one of the toughest I have done in a while, whew!
