This morning did X10 Step + Low Impact. Haven't done it for awhile ....pooped me!
Hoping we get some clips from the new series this weekend!! Woohoo.

I am with you. Two chapters of X10 slays me. I have never done X77! clips this weekend? ooh can't wait for that either.

Today I did my own workout blender cathe EDT chest/triceps + rockout knockout - no warm up or cool down - kickbox cardio and kickbox combo's. it was fun!

Speedy recovery Aqua girl.

Today I taught my aerobic circuit class to 5 yes that is a ●5● , ladies!! I averaged 4 this week. The class went 5 minutes over time since the power went out and I had to restart the CD during a weight song. So it was 56 minutes. Then I did 25 minutes of weight work.
