Well, it's Friday ...this week has flown by!!
Hope everyone's week has been great!

I am working out at sunrise. Supposed to go to 35 degrees today. Have to find A/C somewhere!! lol

Anyway, workout was Pure Strength Back (added more t-bar rows cause they are excellent for my scoliosis), low back & Shoulders plus did some of my own yoga.
I am finding during this one month of ondemand that I am learning that I will need the older weight dvds. I need the instruction & appreciate the pauses. Most of the time the newer ones are too frantic for me. I am loving LIVE however!! I just have a week left.
Hope you all enjoy the weekend & stay cool if it is very hot ..will probably stop by tonight to read the check-ins.
 
Hi gals,

Today I did the Taebo Get Amped workout. Then went to the gym to teach my Chair kickbox circuit for 55 minutes. They all still like yesterday's workout better. But yesterday's and today's workouts can be combined into one so we may do that on Monday.

Then I did about 25 minutes of chest and abwork

Oh and I bench pressed 110 pounds for 5 reps!! This is a new high for me. Whooohoooo!

Hi ladies!
Good job on your workouts and great that you get feedback from the class Annette.

Today was lower body day but since I hadn't had a rest day in a while I was considering taking one, but ended up popping in a dvd anyways.

I did nother new to me dvd... Ballet Body with Leah Serago or whatever her name is... The one Elsie has mentioned. Different style with a voiceover which I m not a big fan of. Less personality than in Booty Barre w/o's and I am not left with the same energy as after a Cathe w/o. No high at the end for me, but I feel these barre w/o's working my legs real hard. During the w/o my legs were burning and shaking big time. Afterwards... Now hours later my legs feel tired but not completely spent like after heavy leg day. We'll see. It's fun to try a mix of w/o's and with my ever expanding collection I will not get bored any time soon.

Yeah ....they are definitely budget production values & sedate Henriette. lol. I kind of like that sometimes. In the new place we are moving, my workouts are going to have to get quieter as we have hardwood floors.
yesterday's and today's workouts can be combined into one so we may do that on Monday.
