Hi ladies, Sorry to say I did not workout today. I wanted to but my bruised ribs were bugging me. I hope to workout Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday I 'll be out of town.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for getting us started, Nora. I also took a rest day yesterday too as I had too much work to get done before my day started in the office. I will work out this morning but not sure yet what I am going to do. My toe is still bugging me a bit so don't want to put on running shoes. Hmmm. I'll report back. P.S. Sorry to read your ribs are still bugging you too. Grrr.
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of a Cathe Live - Strong and Fit for chest and triceps - 39 minutes. I added on 12 minutes of Hoco.
