Wow, can't believe I am first, where is everybody.

I did 1 mile on Leslie Sansone's 3 Mile Power Walk but I jogged the whole time then I did 25 min. of This is Taebo for somemore cardio.

I have been busy subbing so I haven't been able to workout but my weight is doing good so I am happy.

Hey Annette - thank you for starting us off. I have one more meeting tonight but might get in a relaxing stretch in at the end of the day.

Today's diet challenge for me was to "earn my carbs" so I'm trying to move around as much as possible. I took a walk at lunch at the mall and did some window shopping. :cool:
