CD’s live classes x 2. I love her mish mosh cardio-30 minutes of fun! Definitely less intense than some other routines. The last song got my heart rate up the most with jumping jack variations. Followed with the 30 minute stretch, focusing on neck, hips and back. We are having fall like weather so my younger pup is up for extended walks in the morning. His older brother scraped his paw over the weekend, so he’s been relaxing at home.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a 103 minute gym circuit consisting of the flye machine top weight 160, back machine with 45 on each side, 2 leg machines, dumbbells for chest press using 20's, 25's and 30's. Hammer curls with 25's and 30's, shoulder press with 15's, Arnold press with 12.5, wrist curls with 15's, seated clean and press with 10's, sled was a light day only up to 9 plates, then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some weighted exercises and a row with a twist.

Then a short stretch.

That is it!!

Aw, your a dog mom! So cool, wow 2 pups, nice. I have a female German Shepherd and a Muted Calico cat, they are my two fur babies. Lucky you enjoying some fall temps already. It's nice you're younger pup is taking advantage of walks in the cooler morning times. Sorry your older pup has a scraped paw, but with rest he should be fine. Have a nice evening;)

Annette- Awesome job on that inspirational 103 minute gym circuit. Wow, on the weights used, those are some heavy weights o both machines and dumbbells and sled. Finishing up with floorwork for abs, legs, & glutes and a stretch. All I can say is I'm not worthy, triple high fives & WTG and be awesome:) Have a restful evening;)

YT- Phoenix Nation- Full Body Fat Burning Workout | 20 Minute Jump Rope Workout = 20 Min
Used Ropeless 1/2 pound weighted Jump Rope
