WHOOOHOOOO I am down 2 pounds as of this morning! !!!

Today I did a premix off of KCM Stepboxing(kickboxing drills) and the 8 minute Taebo.

I feel good. The decongestant I am taking is working well.

Today I did Qinetic XFA cardio legs (just love these guys) and added on half of their intensity workout. I ran out of time and needed to meditate before heading upstairs.

Hi ladies, yesterday I did Ice Low impact sweat, the title says it all: I sweated a lot. I added the BB to the 2 w/s. Today it was Kick punch and crunch. I was tired in the end so I did not complete the abs section. This is my resting week after Meso 1. So no weights. Actually I am a bit tired. Will have to slow down a bit for a few days. Well done with your w/s ladies. Annette, many many compliments for your progress

Hi.

Sorry that I've been MIA. Still mothing to report with w/o. I still feel really nauseous and weak. I had planned to try working again today and to slowly start doing more than just lying down reading and sleeping, but my work advised me to keep resting until I feel 100% fit... So now I am back to lying down resting again. I really hope I start feeling better soon. It's been a week already... Stupid stomach bug.

I am really eager to do the new KCM dvds and just move and feel good, but for now it will just be lots of water and lots of books and magazines.
