Hi ladies, yesterday I did Ice Low impact sweat, the title says it all: I sweated a lot. I added the BB to the 2 w/s. Today it was Kick punch and crunch. I was tired in the end so I did not complete the abs section. This is my resting week after Meso 1. So no weights. Actually I am a bit tired. Will have to slow down a bit for a few days.
