My w-o was Barlates Gliding workout (33 mins) + added on Cathe band floorwork from LBB. Felt great.

I will stop in later tonight to read your check-ins. Have a nice hump day. Another blistering hot one here.

Today I did half of my Aerobic circuit and half of my Chair kickbox circuit for practice since they both use the same music.

Then I went to the gym for 16 minutes on the stair machine & then 35 minutes of chest and a work.

Another hot day here.

Hi ladies!

Good w/o's! I considered taking a rest day today... Haven't had one since Friday and I was out and about all afternoon. My son came back at lunch and as it was the first real summer like day I took him to the local outdoor pool so he could swim with a friend. Unfortunately when it hasn't been warm for several days the water is freezing cold so I won't risk going in. My stomach just can't handle that. Afterwards they decided to have a sleepover at our house and after dinner they were watching a movie on the beamer in the hobby room, so another excuse to take the day off and just read. That was until my bf went off for a bike ride and I was all alone... i figured why not dance and get my cardio in. 45min and 343 cals later I felt better. Dance w/o 's are perfect for days I am not sure whether or not to w/o... Once I start it's just too much fun to stop.
 
Great job Henriette, a workout always makes you feel better.

Another note on my workout was I was able to do 7 reps at 105 pounds on the barbell chest press so that is up 2 reps. Soon I will up the weight again. Whooohoooo!

I laid in the sun for an hour and 40 minutes and it is HOT!

Great job Annette! I love weight lifting... Although I don't lift that heavy. I still have serious DOMS in my biceps from MM Monday. I seem to have found the right weights to ensure 2 days of DOMS. Last week tri's... This week bi's. For bi's I just used 5kg dumbells for the whole MM and that did it! Soon I hope to cover more muscle groups more regularly. Problem is there are also so many other w/o's that I love and combined with a fulltime job and bball trainings I just can't spend all day working out. That would be heaven! W/o morning, afternoon and evening.

Oh, those MMelts give me DOMS as well Henriette! I was lifting fairly heavy for a while, although have gotten out of it recently as I wasn't getting enough sleep, eating the right foods etc. Hoping to get back on track before long though. (I need to eat more fat when I am lifting heavy, maybe that's just me) :) I would need a rack/spotter for real heavy presses though. There's been a half rack on my wishlist for two years. lol.
