Hi all, since I didn't get my weight work in on Tuesday I did it today. I did 2 exercises for chest and triceps, 1 for back, shoulders and biceps off of Slow and Heavy then did the abs and stretch off of PSSL&A. I actually burned over 500 calories with a weight workout so I am happy.
I have to work today but am off tomorrow and then only one more week at my job and I am DONE!!! Of course the kid I am working with likes me now, go figure, but he is having a very good week so that helps. It could turn at any moment in time.
This morning I started with Susan Chung's Rapid Fire but pulled it out after 10 minutes. I just didn't feel like kickboxing. So I moved on and did Cathe's Supersets + Step Premix - 47 minutes. Total calories burned - 430!
That was a great premix. I've done the full supersets + step but this shortened version was just right.
