Good morning fit women!

Last night was Bootcamp for me. I dunno about feeling accomplish, but I sure felt like I'd had my butt kicked:p

Today is Rhythmic Step:)

Yesterday was 45 min stationary bike ride and a one hour power walk in the evening with my dd.:)

Today I have biceps & triceps planned (haven't decided what yet, am thinking maybe SS and PP combo to change things up a bit) and also an hour walk in the evening again.
We are enjoying fantastic spring weather and I am getting out there as much as I can !!:)

Good morning Ladies:) The birthday Girl is going to enjoy a long workout this morning and pay the piper before the cake! It's the Viper and some abs.

Shelley, I never realise how much BC wipes me until I try to get up after the stretch!

Becky sounds like your arms will be singing to you later. I love mixing PP and SS, the spring weather is beautiful here today!

Phyllis, I'm with you on the terminator thrust climbers, they are humbling!

Good morning ladies,

Didn't check in yesterday which should of been SH back and bike. Foot was sore from first day of work so i rested it the rest of the night. I hope my foot will adjust quickly!

Monday was SH chest,bike and abs.

Today will be SH back, and hopefully bike.

Hello all. Well, I did as I threatened; got up at 3:30 to fit in a workout. I did IMAX 2, but used a 6 inch bench instead of my usual 8. I was afraid of being sleepy and hurting my self. I don't have time to workout tomarrow afternoon either, but don't think I can get up that early 2 days in a row, so tomarrow will be a rest day. Enjoy yourself eveyone.
 
Good morning ladies -

Today will be MIC for cardio, and then the upper body split of ME. I was thinking about doing that twice, but then I realized that my other plans, to dig and till a spot for tomatoes, and then shovel out the barn, will give me plenty of an upper body workout! Oh, if time allows, I really need to get in some abs, too.

Ahh... vacation is coming right along. I absolutely love all this time to workout at my convenience. Have a good day, everyone.
 
Morning All!

Today is S&H shoulders, triceps and biceps, and Ab Ripper X, which I am trying to get into. No cardio since I biked yesterday and ran around the beach for 90 minutes, flying kites with my niece and nephew.

I am planning on taking a rest week next week and really looking forward to it. I don't know about all you other fit chicks but I am TIRED.

Good morning all!

Robin - you are one committed woman! I am so impressed - I could never, ever get myself up at the early, and if by some chance I did, I would pick out an easy workout - not an Imax!

I just finished up MM and will hopefully squeeze in a walk today.

I have got to get my eating cleaned up - I'm doing pretty well at getting my workouts in first thing in the morning, but I am eating way too much crap and it shows, especially around my mid-section.

Daily Check-in

After cleaning my car for over 2 hours last night, I did the second segment of Total Body Stretching and went to bed a little earlier than usual. Cathe still wiped me out this morning. Mercy! I made it through IMAX2 with a lot of modifications. I grounded all the airborne jacks and added a few seconds of active recovery when my body needed it. I did all the tuck jumps though. I love tuck jumps. I think they are easier for me because I mastered them on my rebounder before I did IMAX2 for the first time. Not to mention, I weigh a lot less than I did when I first started.

Morning ladies! Today was IMAX 3 followed by Core Max #3. I got home last night and my wonderful DH had bought me a heart rate monitor as a surprise! I was like a little kid with a new toy! Anyway, used it this morning and burned 618 cals doing IMAX and 68 doing Core Max. I'm pretty happy with that.
