Hello people!! Today I tried Cathe's "cardio & weights". I heavily modified as needed of course but MAN...it felt good to move around a bit. Have a great day!!

Today I did KCM TLC BOXING COMBOS premix which is 32 minutes then added on her Stepboxing kickboxing premix for another 26.5 minutes, though I am counting it as boxing since there was only 1 kick in the whole premix.

So I am done, it is sooo nice outside but alas they are calling for snow tomorrow [emoji44][emoji45]. Weather is crazy these days.

Today I got in ChaLEAN Extreme- Extreme Intervals (43 mins). She's great. Got to use my sandbag which was sitting & doing nothing for about 5 months in it.

Today I did my own workout blender of Upper Body from giant sets, pha and ruub + lower body cardio segments. it was good.

Hi Ladies,

A bit late with my check in for Thursday.

I wasn't really feeling up for a w/o and it was late, but as I kept feeling cold I decided it would be good for me to move after all. So I did ICE Rockm sockm premix 5 gone or something like that, so 35 min which I modified (no snow angels!) as my shins and knees have been bothering me a lot since last week. Funnily enough I was actually considering doing stepboxing, so maybe next Thursday. I have 3 different KCM stepboxing dvd's so enough to choose between.

I started 2lazy4gym's 8 week rotation RwH & Gym Style this week, which seems to be 3 days strength, then Kickboxing, MTM, TB and finally yoga or some other relaxing w/o. She mixes in other dvd's and lots of Cathe live, but I am not sure if I will add Cathe live or just pick a dvd that I already own for the 4 days that are not strength and just try to match it with what she has picked. I sure have enough to pick from and YouTube also has some good w/o's I still want to try.

So a short w/o, but better than nothing.
