Hey All! Workout is done. I ended up doing all of KPC and will save KM for another day. I fininshed with 45 minutes yoga and pilates and a cold shower. Somehow our water heater isn't working. I can troubleshoot a bit and am hoping it's just the pilot light. The shower was brisk to say the least but now I feel refreshed and exhilerated!
Shelley that early a.m. rollerblade sounds great. Are there some lake front trails in Hamilton? It's going to be a hot one here but I don't mind. We'll head downtown later and enjoy the breezes off of the lake and some delicious White Mountain Ice cream.
Becky, nice workout, I need to revisit S&H but find it to be as A-Jock says a real 'time hog'.
Kali, that sounds wonderful, I don't care if it's a canoe or a yacht, life is gooooood when your on the water.

Terri, I feel the same about BC sometimes and usually add some cardio to it or run through the cardio only separately. Enjoy the comedy club, sounds FUN!
