Hi, good morning today is PLYO X. I still angry with Beachbody. I am waiting an answer tomorrow. The P90X is awesome but the consumer service of BeachBody is terrible. Have a great Sunday everybody.

Good morning Mariangeles, I hope this matter is resolved for you tomorrow. Great workout!

Yesterday was 100 walking lunges and I ran 2.75 miles and walked 1.75. I also washed my car.

Today I believe it'll be PLB. I don't think I'll do the walking lunges with the PLB. We'll see how I feel. Would it be better to do walking lunges every other day as opposed to every day?
 
Hi Jane, I love PLB. I am going to do the P90X for the next three months. I have just done PLYO X.I don't have the recovery drink P90X but I have done my own RD mixing orange juice, ISOSTAR and two little spoons of whey proteins.

Good Morning: Mariangeles, I'm sorry that your experience with Beachbody is so negative. Makes me more grateful to CK Sales for their wonderful service. Spending your frustration with a good tough workout should help:)

Jane, sounds like your giving the legs some serious work! Others may have varying opinions but I would say that if you are wanting to do walking lunges everyday follow the adage of 'listen to your body'.
If you are having major DOMS skip a day until the strength and stamina builds up and the soreness abates. If the legs are willing and your form isn't suffering I think doing walking lunges everyday can't be a bad thing. I'm interested in what others think too. Enjoy PLB!!

Today will be kickboxing probably a premix off of KPC but I want to throw in some KM to help me learn to love it. I hate to see dust settling on it.

FIL & SIL were here yesterday and we moved a thermostat from downstairs to upstairs and got some little jobs done. He was going to stay overnight but left after dinner and will return Monday for Marley's (DD #2) grade 8 grad. SIL had dropped her life 6 months ago to help care for her Mom and was relieved to be returning home to her husband and daughter. With MIL's loss so fresh it was a bittersweet day all around. Today's a gorgeous day, I told my crew last week that they would absolutely make no plans for Sunday and we would spend it together and damn it they're going to to enjoy it!!!! :+ :p

Jane - I believe that doing walking lunges and PLB in one day would likely kill me! I'm with Laurie - listen to your body. If your legs are screaming "Noooooooooooooo!!!" you should probably listen:p

Laurie - Enjoy your kickboxing today. I'm glad you got to spend some time with FIL and SIL yesterday. I was in the same boat as your SIL, having cared for my Mom for the last few months of her life. After she was gone, it was hard to fill that void. I found myself going to the hospital as a matter of course sometimes. I hope you enjoy your day today. It's absolutely gorgeous here on the Niagara Peninsula. How's Kingston?

I got up early this morning and went for a 40 minute inline skate, just to enjoy the weather. Probably did about 16 km. Later on, I'm doing Muscle Max.

Good Morning Fitness Friends!!

This morning I did S&H Legs & Shoulders for the first time! I loved it. I have to say that right now anyway my favorite weight DVD is the Slow & Heavy series. It really kicks butt! Also did abs from BC.
I don't know exactly what I'm doing today but the plan includes staying in the a/c as it's going to be BRUTAL out there today! 95 and humid!

It's LowMax for me today. Hot & humid here too.
Yesterday went up Lake Walepaupak w/ my cousin & his little boy, had a ball I actually drove a boat!!!We were cruising the lake, the sun was setting, it was amazing. Makes me happy inside. I'll be even happier when LowMax is under my belt for today. It's calling me now.

Jane....a run! Good job. No I wouldn't do walking lunges everyday myself. Try for every other maybe.

Laurie...the second time I tried Kickmax, I liked it alot more. The blasts are a killer though. Glad the visit with your FIL & SIL went well. Enjoy the day with your beautiful crew!!!

Shelley...I do parts of MM almost everyday. Have not tackled the whole thing yet!!

Becky...S&H is a great workout for breaking thru plateaus.

Kali...we have 2 lakes here. I have not been out in awhile but I always enjoy it when I do go. We even have a boat!!!

Tammy...Lowmax is great for the legs. I have kind of avoided it during my Freestyle legwork as my legs are already tired...:)

I am doing a run with my friend today. Kinda sad as her Mom has been diagnosed with Ovarian and colon cancer...x( Hoping to go about 16 miles.

I have also been at my Mom's trying to remove a Trojan she has on her PC. Thank God for techguy.org, they have helped so much. One of my neices got on my Mom's PC and downloaded some of these casino games. Some nerve!!! So I get to try and fix it....:)...Carole
 
Hello everyone and happy Sunday :)

Yesterday I wound up doing bootcamp instead of my run. I enjoy that workout but I have to wonder if I get enough cardio from it. I also did legs and glutes after going to the mall. I really like that workout too! Today I am planning on a run for sure then this afternoon a full upperbody workout. Haven't decided which one yet. Tonight I am going downtown to the comedy club again. I was there last weekend on friday night and we had so much fun. Have a great day:)

Hey All! Workout is done. I ended up doing all of KPC and will save KM for another day. I fininshed with 45 minutes yoga and pilates and a cold shower. Somehow our water heater isn't working. I can troubleshoot a bit and am hoping it's just the pilot light. The shower was brisk to say the least but now I feel refreshed and exhilerated!

Shelley that early a.m. rollerblade sounds great. Are there some lake front trails in Hamilton? It's going to be a hot one here but I don't mind. We'll head downtown later and enjoy the breezes off of the lake and some delicious White Mountain Ice cream.

Becky, nice workout, I need to revisit S&H but find it to be as A-Jock says a real 'time hog'.:)

Kali, that sounds wonderful, I don't care if it's a canoe or a yacht, life is gooooood when your on the water.

Tammy enjoy LowMax, I think it's a masterpiece of a workout, fun and effective.

Carole, sorry about your friend's Mom, she's lucky to have a friend like you! Enjoy your run. I'm envious of your PC know how, I have definitely learned to be vigilant about downloads.

Terri, I feel the same about BC sometimes and usually add some cardio to it or run through the cardio only separately. Enjoy the comedy club, sounds FUN!

Today was a gym day for me. 30 min treadmill - half steady state, half HIIT, 30 min elliptical, slow & heavy style chest, back, shoulders & abs. Have a great day everyone & stay cool!

Hi all,

Did S&H Back&Triceps yesterday + KPC abs.

Had a long run planned for today. But it never happened. I had the handyman over to do a few little jobs. As I'm the only adult in the house, I couldn't just go of on my run. The guy just left and it's dinner time now. Somehow I felt uncomfortable doing a Cathe w/o with him somewhere in the house. So I didn't sub the long run either, arghhh.

Hello:

Hot and humid in Minnesota today, ugh. I had to be at work today at 1:30, as I have an important project starting production today. The good news is I'll take Friday off as a comp day and have a 4-day weekend.

After running around trying to get chores done this morning, I only got half my workout done. I did the w/u and 1st 2 cycles of Viper. Hopefully tonight I'll have time to finish viper and do PH abs.

Thanks Laurie....:)...my friend is doing fairly well. Always a tough situation no matter what. I do enjoy working on PC's and I have fixed alot of problems on mine..:)..but this problem I have not ever encountered and it is testing my patience severely...but if I can fix it without paying a tech to come out...I'll be jumping for joy!!!

I don't blame you for not working out in front of the handyman Dutchie! I wouldn't have either. I wanted to run further than 12...but I was tired and it was a bit humid so we cut it short....:)...Carole

Dutchie - Don't you just hate when other people and schedules sabotage your workouts!!! Sorry you didn't get your workout in.

I am going to see if I can find some crutches so I can go the barn and feed the horse. :p
