It's official I did not and will not be working out today. I've felt pretty lousy all day :-( ... hopefully tomorrow will be better or I fear it will be another rest day for moi....at this rate it's going to take me a month to finish the last 1.5 weeks of a rotation! x( VERY FRUSTRATING! GRRRR! LOL
