Good Morning everyone!!

Today is work day number 2..I actually got my arse out of bed this morning to workout at 4:20 am...I did 30 minutes of HIIT on my Elliptical machine...

Off to work I go..

Hi Denise. Work out at 4:20 AM uffff ¡ I can't do that. Now is 1:07 PM in my country and I have just finished Low Max. What a marvellous workout. The last combo is a kickbox brasilian party. This workout is one of my new favorites.The more I do it more I love it. Takes time to catch a few movements (the reserve manbo for example) but it is fun.Right now I am going to do the 1 segment of core max and the TAEBO bootcamp lower body. Have a great day.

4:20 !!!! I have a hard time getting out of bed at 5:30 to work out.

Well didn't get up until 7AM this morning, studied with one eye on the London Marathon then went out and ran 13K myself.

My legs seemed to be in some sort of "speed lock", I ran way too fast for a long run and somehow couldn't slow down. Weird.

This morning was Yoga. I didn't get to run yesterday because my family was here from New York visiting. I did get to workout, just no run. So this afternoon I will definitely get my run in.

Hi, everyone:

While I feel a little better, I still feel like I have been hit by a truck, so no workout for me today (however quite tempting). I sure miss working out. I guess I am addicted to exercise. I actually dreamt I was doing RS. HMMM, I wonder, does that count as having worked out today? I wish.

Hope everyone has a great workout. Thanks for thinking of me I really appreciate it.

Mariangelees: I can't find Taebo Live Basic or Advanced anywhere on line, so today I will check out my local stores. I thought these tapes would be perfect for toning up my thunder thighs...LOL!

Good morning ladies!

I got up early this morning and went for a nice 7 km run. Was back home before DD was even aware I was gone!

Tonight I'm going to do the upper body conditioning from Body Max along with the abs.

Hoping to get out and do some Gardenmax later!

Hi Tammy you can find the TAEBO workouts in E-Bay or AMAZON. I have ordered the advanced live workouts and the get ripped series by AMAZON. You can find the get ripped series in collage video too.Suzanne you have my support. I know the frustration you feel when you can not working out because you are sick.My best wishes are with you. Do you know where is Jdoll (Jes)? I miss her in the forums. I have done Low Max, the TAEBO bootcamp lower body and the two first segments of core max. Later I will do the hi/low of SJP. I was able to get to the gym today, yay! I did a 30 min run & a spin class. Did some upper body lifting and abs. It's a beautiful day here & I want to get outside! Have a great rest of the weekend everyone :)

Everyone is certainly inspiring me today. With this cold, I have the energy this morning of a slug and am forcing myself to do Boot Camp because I blew it off yesterday. I have a nasty headache so we'll so how far I get.

I'm off the computer now so DD can do her homework!

Hi again.Suzanne don't worry. The sick will pass and you will be working out again soon. Angie I hope you will feel better. My workout is done. Today I have done Low Max, TAEBO bootcamp lower body, 2 segments of core max, the hi/low of SJP and one TAEBO live basic workout. ¡Ufff¡ I am tired. For today that is enough. See you tomorrow.

Hello everyone!

Today was Coremax 1 and Tri's and Bi's. What a victory with the Tri's/Bi's workout...did 5 lbs. more than Cathy on most of the entire workout...YAHOO! Feeling quite toasty right now! ;-) Oh, yeah...it's burning. LOL!
DH did LoMax and Coremax 2. He's rolling too!
DD doing LayMax today as it is her TTOM.
DS doing some strength training of his own.

Hi,

Today I did an ATB route- 30 km,this route is the hardest one of Holland.
I did it in 1.55 min.It is very steep and muddy and a lot of tree-roots.I was broken,!!!!!
