Good morning Mariangeles... yoga sounds relaxing. How is the P90X yoga workout?

Yesterday was rest day and CleanMax. I got in my StretchMax #2.

Today I need a burning cardio w/o. I looked at my calendar to see what burns the most. LowMax is the winner but the IMAX3 is right behind it. I think I will pull out IMAX1 and do it, haven't done it in a while. Will add on a CoreMax to it.

Have a great Tuesday everybody!!! I am such a good mood, today is my last day at work this week.

Sandra - I think you'd asked me how I felt the day after PUB/PLB, pretty good. My hamstrings and quads were a little tight yesterday when I did StretchMax but no soreness to speak of.

Good morning fitness lovelies :)

I'm still a little sore from Sunday's workout - IM3/ME/CM2 - mostly my biceps, hams, and abs....but I am ready to tackle a good circuit workout today. I'm thinking probably the Gauntlet w/ some sort of ab work thrown in.

I'm so excited that we are leaving to FL tomorrow for a week to visit my grandmother. Haven't seen my husband much in the last week due to working late so it will be great to bum around. I will be thinking of all you roadtrippers in that hot sun ;)

Well, Hello, Everyone!!

Despite the hurricane and no power and extreme heat I have continued to workout. My family thinks I am crazy, but I already knew that!

Today was S&H TRI, Low Max 1-4, PH abs. This evening I will run.

It is so hot! Ya'll please pray we get power! This is so hard. It is like a war zone here. Military are everywhere with machine guns, buildings are destroyed, and people are looting! It's crazy. We went to buy a little window unit so we could have some A/C. They were all sold out the 1st hr the store was open! When everyone gets power back and things are semi back to normal, we are getting a window unit. There are 3 more storms out in the ocean. I am not sitting here in this heat. This is going to be a long summer!!! Hurricane season doesn't even end until November.

Sorry had to vent.

Good Morning All

Mariangeles -that yoga sounds wonderful.

I have CleanMax on my schedule today. I just all of LowMax for the 1st time, (I usually split it up) and by the 5th combo I was spent. So instead of quitting I just put the step away and did the rest on the floorx( . I hated doing that but I don't think I would have got thru the whole thing if I didn't. I don't know if it's the heat or what.

Good Morning Fitness Friends!!:)

This morning I decided that I LOVE LOWMAX!!!!! I'd only done it 4 or 5 times before and put it away. Was a little frustrated with the choreography. Then , hearing everyone always say it's their favorite, I thought today was the day to try it again. I did something a little different too and it was a blast! I did all the step first,(no problem with choreography this time) THEN did all the blasts!:eek: It was like doing a step workout, with a leg workout w/o weights at the end. I LOVED IT!!!!!!!:p Will definately add that to my regular workouts.
Lots of rain headed our way, but we need it.

Carla, I hope you get relief soon! I cannot imagine what it would be like to be without power for so long. My prayers continue your way, in the hopes that you are free from these storms for a long time!

Today was MIS, boy does that one creep up on you. Talk about thorough!

Sandra, our opening weekend went really well, despite the heat. There where hoards of people there on Saturday. We could hardly move around.

I hope it helps Kali. Its frustrating not to make it through a workout and this really helped me. Plus, it just changed it up and made it feel like a different type of workout. Not an interval workout......so you can get very different workouts from the same one. I'm sure the more experienced Cathe followers figured this out ages ago.....I'm just a little slower to catch on!:p

My legs are experiencing major DOMS from PLB and Imax yesterday. This morning I did P90X Back, Biceps and the ab ripper.

I have to go to work, that will be all for today.

Last night I was supposed to do Step Blast, but I just didn't feel like it, so I did Imax Extreme cardio only.

Tonight ME is on the schedule.
 
Mariángeles, P90X Yoga was my first yoga workout! I thought it was tough but enjoyed it..

Jane the P90X Yoga workout is 90 min long! I learned alot with it. I did Imax3 yesterday..those plie jacks kill me everytime...have fun with Imax1

Tammy...MM is a great workout!

Debbie...ME always gets my biceps sore...Have a great trip to your Grandmothers..

Carla...you can vent all you want! I hate being out of power, but at least you can keep some sanity by working out..:)..I will pray for power for all of you...:)

Kali...I'll have to do some Cleanmax myself today..besides a workout..Great job on Lowmax!!

Becky....I agree Lowmax is an awesome workout. Those blasts all together...I bet that was tough.

I am doing L&G, a 4 or 5 mile run, abs, back & biceps.

Well yeterday I did all my planned workouts. I have a bit of doms from legs and glutes but it feels great! I jogged yesterday too so that is probably why. Today will be lowmax and musclemax and abs. Hope everyone enjoys thier workouts and the day!

Good day--

I had a 6:30 meeting today, so had to get up at 4:00 am to workout. I am rather crabby at this point, but do not have another chance today as I have work comittments up until 4:30 pm then have to go get the kids. It's also DH birthday today.

This morning I did the shorter premix of GS legs and the ankle weight premix of L&G. I haven't done a lot of legs only work lately, just incorporated in to endurance workouts, so I felt this today!

Think I'll try Lowmax tomorrow with everyone talking about it. I put it away a while ago as it didn't do much for me, but maybe I'll give it another shot.

Suddenly I'm in the mood for Low Max!!

Foodie Sue - good job pushing yourself to get your workout out of the way this morning. I'm not a morning person but I always feel better when I get it done first thing in the morning.

Carla - I hope things get settled down there. I never understood the looting thing.

I went running this morning and did 25 MINUTES NON-STOP!!! I was so excited!! I had been doing 5 and 6 minutes intervals but for some reason this morning I just didn't feel like stopping! I'm on such a high right now I feel like I'm floating! And I share this accomplishment with everyone on here who inspires me - which is every single one of YOU!!! :)

Good Morning Fit Females.

My rotation calls for a circuit work out...Should I brave Boot Camp today or go for something a bit easier? I did a lot yesterday between going for a walk with Joey in the morning, my work out a little later on in the day and then bowling last night b/c we never made it out Sunday night! I'm feeling a bit worn from all of the activity so I think I will save BC for Thursday and choose a different circuit work out today. I was considering Circuit Max. Only did that one once and I was preggo so it wasn't much fun b/c it had to be modified SOOO drastically. Yeah, that's what I'll do...Circuit Max it is! :) Thanks for helping me pick one! LOL ;) :p

I'll be back when my work out is complete!
