Good Day everyone. Well, I'm still kinda beat so I barely managed a circuit workout from The Firm. I ended up just trying to stretch a bit.

For those of you that didn't check in yesterday, please check my post as I'm giving away some dvd's to my check in friends. FREE!!

I must run but I'll be back later. Linda, do you have a QOTD for us?

Hi Peg and all still to follow,

Still no workout for me, just a walk to the GP again. Having some issues with my milk supply, rather frustrating it has just about disappeared... so will try some medicine to get it back and if that doesn't work then I will just have to be grateful that Mick at least got some milk from me the first weeks.

GP did okay me to start building up my workouts again. [emoji3]I had planned on doing a workout this afternoon but ended up napping for nearly 3 hours while Mick napped after lunch. I guess my body needed that more today.

Mick's skin condition is nearly all gone. Amazing how quickly the ointment worked and thankfully it never seemed to bother him. He's still eating and sleeping great. If he has a bottle late before we go to bed, so around 22.30/23.00 I can be lucky enough only to have to get up once during the night, usually around 3.

Annette - congrats on you ever smaller jeans! You must be so proud of yourself.

Elsie - so sorry you still can't get proper sleep.

Siobhan - how is your foot?

Peg - why the big clean out? You sure you won't miss any of those dvds?

Linda - I hope you have come to peace with things related to your ex. It's hard to see someone you care about not doing well.

Hey girls, hope you all are ok. Got in a short WW indoor walk this evening,I wasn't going to do anything, but
Decided to at least get something in....Peg, that's very nice of you to offer us DVDs, I went on EBay and checked,
But nothing jumped out at me! I wish you had body bar ones or gliding. I went on a DVD hunt at Amazon and
Ended up ordering 2 older body bar ones I never got, as well as 2 older gliding ones I never got. Lately, it's been
"Merry Christmas to me" :):)

No question today.. I'll try to think up one tomorrow!

Henriette - Glad to see you checking in and that you are doing well - for the most part :) How long do you stay home for mat leave?

Linda - are the body bar workouts horizontal conditioning?

Elsie - I just don't remember reading about the noise that is keeping you up? where is the noise coming from?
