Hi good morning everyone, today I finish the november rotation. I will do the low impact step,the cardio of CTX kickbox,TJ turbo sculpt, a segment of SM and stationary bike. Tomorrow is a rest day and after that I will do six weeks of the Slim Series slim training program. Have a great day everyone.

Good Morning Mariángeles and all other ladies that will follow,

Mariángeles, that's quite a w/o you have planned for today.

I've finished a 60min run on my treadmill (sleet and snow outside) after walking the dog for an hour. I was running merrily along on Winter Wonderland and Radio Hits 5 (140-154bpm). Followed by GS-Legs, standing exercises only. My legs feel nicely warm and worked.

Time for a shower!

That's a nice w/o Dutchie! Mariangeles, great w/o as usual. My DIL is going to let me borrow TJ Cardio Party. She brought it to our Thanksgiving gather and I previewed some of it. It looks like a lot of fun.

Today is a lot of subbing for w/o's I don't have on the rotation. Right now I'm thinking All Step - step only portion, cardio premix from KPC, and a SM segment.

Good Morning Ladies:) I'm enjoying a coffee and mentally preparing to try the CardioKicks/LowMax mish mosh that A-Jock posted earlier this week. I need a good leg workout but want some cardio too.}(

Mariangeles, that sounds like a kick @$$ mish mosh, nice workout!!

Dutchie, Winter Wonderland music sounds perfect. We've just had our first snow this week and it's gorgeous out there, crisp and fresh, I love it.

Jane, that sounds like a great mix, I especially love AllStep.

The November rotation calls for StepBlast today, but I did the SJP/SB 90 minute premix on Thanksgiving day....SOOO...I'm planning on PowerMax:7 and BT Pilates Abs.

Mariangeles: WOW...you sure do pack a lot into a workout!

Dutchie: Your treadmill run sounds fun....GS Legs is a tough workout!

Jane: Your mish-mosh sounds fun too...enjoy!

Today was Step Blast on a 6" step for the first time. No challenge though...gonna have to work up to that. I feel quite unsteady using a 6" step height. I guess I just have to get used to it...slowly but surely!

Wendy...have you been using a 4 inch step?

I did a partial trail run, doing some pavement too. A bit under 10 miles. My running has not been great so hoping this week will be better..

Hey Carole... I can only wish my running was as good as your bad days!!! Have fun watching football.

Today I did All Step step routine only with w/u and stretch, 35 minutes; KPC cardio conditioning premix, 37 minutes, and Denise Austin Pilates, 20 minutes. I used that as my stretch w/o. I still need another stretch w/o since one was on yesterday's schedule and today's but I'll see if I can get to that in a bit. Will do a Cathe SM segment. I definitely need some stretching. My glutes and hams are sore... must be from all this kickboxing and leg conditioning drills I've been doing!!! L&G's probably has something to do with it too!! :p

Hope everybody is having a nice Sunday. Rainy, foggy, and cold here in NC.
 
Hi Everyone!

I'm last again I think!

Today is ME... I NEVER look forward to this. All you ladies had such good workouts I just better do it as well.

Hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend :) We had such a wonderful visit with my daughter home from college. I'm not looking forward to work tomorrow. There are rumors that the project I've been working on (for about a year) may be CANCELLED <sigh> what a waste.

Well I better work out as I've got little energy today.

I'm thinking I'll switch to Body Blast for next week rather than 1 4th week of Intensity Series. I think I need a break.
