Hi, good morning everyone. Today I will do Tear it Up of the Slim Series, TJ cardio party nº 2, TJ 20 minutes workout and stationary bike. Have a great Saurday everyone.

Hi, good morning again. I have just done Tear it Up and I have decided to skip the Turbo Jam workouts and add stationary bike only. My muscles are so sore after Tear it Up. It is really a kickbutt workout. Tomorrow is my rest day too. Have a great weekend everyone.

Hi gals. Today is my rest day but I'm now considering doing some cardio (only)for the fun of it later and taking my rest day tomorrow!:)

I plan on doing KPC and if I feel up to it PP.

Just dropped my son off at x-country skiing - hope it goes ok. I'm a bit nervous. My daughter comes home from college next weekend for 3 weeks :) then off to 5 months in France (including 3 weeks Quebec and a week in Senegal).

My good friend is away for 10 day. I miss him. We are just friends but when we talk daily. Silly me!

I did a fun mish mosh today. Kind of a Kickbox circuit using ME and Kickmax & KPC punching drills only. Started with ME and after each body part I would do one of the punching drills and so on...might be sore tomorrow....:)..Carole
