Happy Sunday afternoon, fellow Catheites!

Maybe it's too late for a check-in, but I missed it completely yesterday and want to keep in the loop.
Yesterday I did L&G + Core Max segment 1 (well, ok I could only do about 75% of it and the rest wasn't very graceful but done is done- right?

lol).
Today I did FitTV's Imax2. My stamina and ability to follow the choregraphy is improving, and that's always motivating. I impressed the heck out of myself when I was able to do the move where you tap the step while hopping from one leg to the other. Hmmm, not sure that's a very good description.... x( I was REALLY excited when I could do it, though.
Mariangeles- You're really enjoying P90X, that's terrific! I'm interested to hear about your results. I have a friend doing P90X, and is about halfway through and is noticing some great results. Hope the same happens for you, you're working so hard.
Wendy- I really like the rotation you've put together, and definately think you'll get excellent results. You're an inspiration to all new mommies! You'll get that HRM figured soon, don't worry.
Becky- I've experienced those insomia-like nights/mornings myself, and they stink! Hope this is the last one you have to deal with for a loooong time!
Judy- Enjoy your rest day and remember resting your muscles is allowing them to re-build which makes us stronger. Yay!!
Shelley- 318 steps AFTER a 3.25 mile run??? WOW! I'm not sure that I'm worthy to even write to you after that! LOL

Great workout!!
Kali- Hope you're enjoying your rest day and the beautiful weather. Please send some of that beautiful weather to the Memphis, TN area, we need it badly!
Carla- Positive and safe vibes going out to you! I'm impressed that you're working out with a hurricane coming, that's dedication! Not to mention stress relief.

Keep us posted, ok?
Charlotte- I think it's really neat that you bike ride with your son. The time is special, and I'm sure he'll think fondly of it for many years.
Tammy- Hope you survived your MIL's this weekend. Would your in-laws freak out if you brought a magazine or something to busy yourself with while you're there?? My mom does that when she has to go to my step-dad's mother's house for their family gatherings.
Carole- I absolutely LOVE your flag and eagle pic!! Incredibly awesome and inspirational workouts this weekend. You rock! If I ran 9.3 miles the next several days would be rest days for me- maybe in a hospital. LOL
Katie- I just love IMax2! Enjoy!
Laurie- It's neat that your family is so musically talented. When we were in high school, my sisters and I all played instruments in the marching band and had a blast! It was special to share that time and have so many fun memories. Congrats on your extra-long w/o today! Wow!
Jes- Crossing my fingers for ya!
Jane- Great workouts!! I love the pyramids. Have you done any of the premixes?
Terri- I can relate to that "off my rotation" feeling. I've been dealing with that all week, and it drives me a little nutty. I'm still 1 day "behind", but I've decided to just go with it and not beat myself up for having to take an extra rest day. What's done is done, ya know.

And YES, a person should definately rest once in a while.
Debbie- Awesome workouts! I'm working on Imax2 and I'm VERY thankful that it's FitTV's version so I have lots of recovery time. I think it's incredible that you only had to take 2 longer breathers. Pat yourself on the back, because you ARE rockin'!
Angie- Yay for Great America! I grew up near there, and the favorite part of my summer was getting to go ride all the rides! I'm jealous, but hope you had a great time.
