Hi good morning. My P90X workout is done. I have done PLYO X. I love this workout. It is hard to do but lot of fun.I am always drenched after the P90X workouts and I love it because it means I have worked hard. Power 90X doesn't have any negatives things and, Tony's chatter bugs me, but I can turn him off and still get the workout. Have a great Sunday everybody.

Hi Mariangeles! Good job on your work out, as usual! :)

Okay so I have created a rotation to follow for a 4-6 weeks. I want to see what it does for me....

day # 1 Full body weight w/o (today)
day # 2 Cardio
day # 3 Circuit
day # 4 Interval
day # 5 Circuit
day # 6 Cardio
day # 7 Rest (maybe stretchmax or pilates if up to it)

In keeping with the promise I made to myself...one of the circuit workouts each week will be Boot Camp!}(

I think I will do ME today. I haven't done it since before Joey was born and I really like the pain!!! }( :p }(

Good Morning Fit Friends!

I am getting ready to do the "suicide walk up death hill" again, as it is Sunday morning.}( Also plan to do s&h biceps & triceps later.
Don't know if I'm ready for it, after not getting much sleep last night. I woke up around 3:30 for no apparent reason, just couldnt' sleep, so I got up until after 5:00. Went back to bed and fell asleep pretty fast only to have the dog wake me up at 6:30, wanting to go outside!!!! Of course dh sleeps through it all and is still snoring away! ughhhhh Just like the kids were little! ;-)

Anyway, I think I'll go make some noise and force him to walk with me.(DH, not dog,) He lost 35 pounds last year and has not tried much since to lose anymore. He's been walking a little with me lately and stepped on the scale yesterday to find he's lost 5 more pounds, so maybe that will motivate him again. He has maybe 25 more to go.......I wish I could convince him to do CATHE with me.

Today is a planned rest day, I may do some abs and stretch, I am quite tight.

Wendy- your rotation looks like it will be effective. I like how you kept it generic so you could put in any workout that fits the description. I'm sure it will blast your into a leaner Fit Mom.

Mari- now that your workout is done for the day, enjoy!

Becki- It is nice when our DH's walk with us isn't it? I like the fact that there are few interruptions in our conversations during the walk.

Morning everyone!

It's going to be a scorcher here today. I got in my run early. Did about 3.75 miles through the woods and up the stairs (318 of them - that's gotta count for that extra .25 miles, doesn't it?).

Today we're going to a lake close by to hang out at the beach and swim. Later on, I will do a segment of Coremax.

Yesterday went bike riding with son. We were working it!

Today will be KPC and PUB as I didn't get PUB in yesterday. Went to take my children to a church outing for teens and was there waaayyy longer than expected, but they both had fun on the go carts and playing mini golf.

Today for me will be LowMax and then some added on ab work.

It is a scorcher here today as well. I would love to sit out on the deck after my workout, but DH's brother and his family are coming in for the day, so yet again another Sunday will be spent at my MIL's housex( x( x( .

Morning all. I have ME on the schedule today followed by 30 minutes of some kind of cardio. I'm thinking I might do intervals 1-5 of IMAX 2. We'll see how I feel.

ME is done. I didn't do the abs though. I will make sure I do them 3x per week though. Okay so I am a big dope and I could shoot myself right now! x( I wore my HRM and set it up so that it would keep track of my hr and cals burned and all...well, thinking I knew how to use it, when I was done with my w/o I pressed a button to stop the HR function and then went to review the stats it was keeping on me and guess what!? I pressed the WRONG button so it didn't save ANYTHING!!! I basically wore the darn thing for NOTHING! I am sooo pist at myself! I should have double checked the directions before I touched it!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRR! x( ;( x(

Carla-Try to stay calm and be safe!!!! Please check in with us as soon as you can after the hurricane passes.
 
Rats!!! I had my post almost finished and I lost itx( This will be the condensed version. No workout yesterday so I gave myself a good kick in the pants today Circuit Max all cardio (I only did the shldr weights) followed by BodyMax step portion. I practised new BodyPump and BodyFlow choreography for about 1/2 an hour, we launch starting tomorrow. I haven't worked out this long in a while and it felt great.

Wendy, don't you just hate technical difficulties!!!

Enjoy your Sunday everyone. I'm assembling a beautiful Yamaha electronic piano that FIL bought for us. My youngest daughter is taking piano lessons, #2 daughter is taking acoustic guitar and #1 is taking electric guitar. Maybe we'll take our show on the road someday, I do love to sing:p

hey all! my workouts have been sporadic and totally BAD lately! i am very much hoping to get alot of workouts in this week before leaving for Cathe's on Thursday. keep your fingers crossed that nothing will prevent me from this!!!

Mariangeles - even PLYO X name sounds intimidating. I bet that is some w/o.

Wendy - that rotation looks good. I like the generic format too. That is the problem I have with even attempt to follow a rotation, when a w/o in on a given day, I may not feel like doing that w/o. About the HRM, when I first got mine, I'd forget to put it on, then I'd put it on and forget to turn it on. I think I need something for memory!!

Becky - I feel for ya on the sleep issue. 2:30 a.m. is my internal clock wakeup time when I am going through an insomnia phase... suicide hill should wake you up!:D

Judy - I do stretch and core on my rest day also. I tend to neglect stretch w/o's during the week, but hopefully I am getting enough stretching at the end of my w/o's.

Shelley - 318 stairs!!! Impressive after a 3.75 mile run.

Tammy - LowMax... now that's a burner....

Kali - rest days are my favorite.

Carla - be safe. If you don't lose power, please keep us updated frequently.

Charlotte - great w/o for today. I like to double up on my Sundays since I have more time.

Carole - "not too sore"....if I ran 9 miles, I'd probably be laid up for a week!!!

Laurie - don't you just hate when that happens!!! If this monster I just typed got lost, it would just have to stay lost!! Looks like you more than made up for yesterday with today's w/o.


This morning it was PUB... I love that w/o!! I am going to do PLB later today and I'm thinking a CoreMax. There was a good core w/o on PUB but it is only 8 minutes. I need some stretching so may do that if time permits.

Good Sunday Morning:)

Ok I did 30 minutes of ab work yesterday but that was the only thing I did. I never got my run done or PUB so I have to do both of those today. I feel bad when I miss my workouts but I was on the go a lot yesterday. I had planned to do it in the evening then a friend called and asked me to meet her and another friend for drinks. So I went,drank diet soda and water didn't get home till after midnight. Oh well a person should rest once in awhile right? I shouldn't beat myself up. I just feel like I am one day off now. Today would have been lowmax and legs. Oh well thats will be moved till tomorow. I have to do some legs today too if I am going to be doing freestyle like I planned. Six day's a week right?

Hi all! Good afternoon. Nothing yesterday as I went to my friend's one year old bday party. Quite a shindig...way over the top in my opinion, but whatever makes them happy I guess. The only problem was starting an hour late and it was already 3pm which was running close to naptime. Scheduling w/ toddlers is a challenge. Today I did IM3 and ME. Feel great! I'm trying, trying, trying so hard to do the same breaks and keep plugging through but had to take two longer breathers. Not too shabby. Enjoy the rest of your weekend everyone!

Just finished my last w/o. I did PUB this morning, then PLB and the abs from Cardio & Weights this afternoon. There were 8 minutes of core work on PUB and the 8 minute abs from C&W took care of my core work.

Tomorrow is rest day so it will be CleanMax and I will do at least one session of StretchMax tomorrow. I may pick up another short abs w/o if time permits.
